Shipping Policy

Once an order is received, Hotchi-Witchi Candle House will take between 1-3 business days to prepare your order for dispatch. The product(s) will be sent via standard UK mailing couriers. The minimum cost is £3.50 and maximum is £9.50 (dependent on weight and size). Orders over £35.00 are free. Your purchase should arrive within 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Returns Policy

If you have any issues with the product you have purchased, please reach out to me at your earliest convenience. Buyers have a return/exchange window of 30 days after taking delivery. Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If your order is delayed due to processing challenges, you will receive a full refund if you no longer want that item. If you order has been dispatched, you will have to return the item and I will issue a refund upon its return.
